Return & Refund Policy

We are hope you love your purchase of I Love You in Hong Kong. If you have any issues, please contact us
at info@iloveyouinbooks.com and we will try our best to accommodate you with an appropriate solution. However, please note that all orders are final sale. We will welcome any exchange or refund within 5 days of receiving the shipment if you receive damaged items. Please contact us with photos no later than 5 days after receiving the shipment with the postmarked date and we will send further instructions. All final decisions are subject to the discretion of Carnarvon Creative Ltd. Shipping

We endeavor to process and dispatch all order within 1-3 business days upon order and payment confirmation unless specifically stated on our website during holidays or exceptional circumstances. All customers will be notified by email with Shipping Confirmation upon order dispatch.

Unexpected Returns

If delivery is rejected, refused or returned due to incomplete delivery, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for previously agreed outbound shipping charges and any additional or unforeseen return shipping fees. 

Tax & Customs

We ship all international orders as "Merchandise" and customers may be subject to custom duties or import taxes when the shipment reaches your country destination.
